System Design
Our technology is based on a simple and scalable modular architecture. Ceramic plates are combined into compact filtration modules, and multiple modules are stacked into towers installed directly in the tank. Towers can be arranged in parallel for any required capacity. The internal hydraulic design ensures low pressure losses and high filtration efficiency, while the fully corrosion-free construction guarantees long-term durability.

Scalable Filtration Architecture
The cerafiltec system offers modular scalability designed to meet any capacity requirement. It starts with individual ceramic plates featuring double-sided water outlets, which are housed in filtration modules containing up to 34 interchangeable units. These modules stack to form a single filtration tower (up to 16 modules high). For large-scale operations, multiple towers are integrated into a multi-tower configuration connected via a central header pipe, allowing for seamless industrial expansion.
